Yesterday was Open House briefing in the morning and packing of goodie bags. Talked to the MINAH Nateshaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa and then went for HC cheer. Had to learn all the steps cuz I missed out alot. But I like it! Mummy picked me up and we went to Eastwood Cold Storage and then Bedok Camp to eat cheng tng and wanton mee. Woke up this morning with aching body due to yesterday's cheer. Beginning to miss cheer and like the dancing all again. Feel an INCREDIBLE urge to clean the Delta steps hahahahahaha. Ohwellz. Paul msged me from camp and he's very proud of himself cuz he controls the rifles and ammunition or something. (Y) Dance this morning, then lunch with Rachel, back to school to rot with climbers, then cheer. Did History proj with Joleneneney today and we are such failures BUT we did do our parts and I think it wasn't so bad!

Oh, my email and FB accounts got hacked today but Dylon and Calvin called me up to tell me (thank you!!!!!!!!) so I hurry went to change my password. Whoever it was wasn't smart enough to change my passwords right after he hacked in. And then started asking my friends for money because I was apparently in London and being held at gunpoint. Niccccceeeeeeee.

I just removed my nail polish and cuz I didn't bother with a base coat before putting on Sally Hansen Jumpin' Jade, I now have green stained nails. Which are very ugly and I'm resisting the urge to paint another colour over now!!!!!!!! ): Damn Open House tomorrow.

Past 3 days have been OGL camp! Despite the waking up at 8am everyday, camp was actually fun! Got to meet Calvin, Gracie and Yiguan hehe and then made friends with all the new OGLs! Monday we played games and wet games were madness cuz we slid on a tarp which had alot of soapy water on it and I ran and slid the wrong way so I fell on my butt and subsequently head instead of being on my tummy hahahaha. Tummy is such a cute word ok I don't have a tummy I have a STOMACH/BELLY cuz it's so fat omg. Anyway it was damn fun and me and Gracie wanted to go a second time "Silver surfer" style but then Yiguan stopped everyone alr grr!!!!! Haha. Got my Lit books as well and I am damn excited to read Oranges Are Not The Only Fruit!

Ytd was Chronorace and it was quite fun I guess haha but the sun was so hot omg. AND Shawn freaking opened up my Quad cam and fucking exposed my film I wanted to die there and then ok I EXPLODED cuz I took pictures in US and it's like I DUNNO LA ok to me it's DAMN STUPID how can you not know you're not supposed to expose film?!!!!!!????? Ugh but my fault la dammit I never explicitly say omg but I really wanted to die. Yiguan and Gracie came over after everything and had dinner. Mummy made mee siam yum yum. :D And then we talked alot like ALOT and it was all about random things and kinda bitching and stuff hahaha I love it omg. Walked them out when Yiguan had to leave cuz she went Genting TODAY!

Had a quite bad dream ok it was a damn freaking weird dream and made me wake up at 530 am then I went back to sleep haha. Back to school for OGL camp and we played ice breaker games and stuff. After mass dance, we were entertained by various K-pop songs plus people dancing to them haha omg. Me and Grace were like :O Collected my fisheye pictures and I'm so irritated that I forgot the flash on some of the pictures so they are super dark damn! Lunch with Delta OGLs after that, then met Calvin and went over to his house so we could shower. Cabbed down to Tampines Mall and used our free tickets (Thanks Bernard!! Heee.) for Sherlock Holmes. Got tickets for Jac, Rah and Ashley at the same time then went to find food for Calvin and lipbalm for me. Cuz my lipbalm died after I left it in my jeans pocket and it went into the washing machine hahahah good job Mag.

Sherlock Holmes was good!!! I really liked it and it's quite a long movie I think but it really doesn't seem very long cuz everything happens quite fast and it's very entertaining! (: Calvin and Jac went to the interchange while I took train to Simei and got green tea frapp! (: Yay, took bus home and then uh didn't do anything. I rearranged the photos on my wall to form a heart shape and I'm happy with it. But this means the next time I have more photos I will have to rearrange everything again. And I think the blutack holding the photos is drying up cuz the photos keep dropping off the wall IT IS EXTREMELY IRRITATING.

I am finally going to try and attempt doing my IS proposal and fuck!!!! it is damn tough and honestly, I haven't the slightest clue where and how to start and I can't think of a proper decent idea because I don't know what they're looking for?!!!!!!!! Omg someone please help me. I rather do the 12 GP essay plans than do this I think. Because Mr V is very scary.

New Year post

Okay so I really did sleep from 730 to uh about now. Hahahah I woke up to switch off my computer and now I'm going through FB profiles wtfffffffffffff. Notttt healthy. And my throat's dryness is KILLING me while my nose still refuses to unblock itself ugh. Okay fine I shall do a New Year post now.

So for 2009 uhhh it was not so great. Well for me la and I know that most of the not so great stuff I created myself by thinking too much etc. But anyway getting through 2009 was tough because of the new batch of students and no matter how much I like being socially active and making new friends, I learnt that it's not always a good thing.... OK I can't type this down I dunno how. So I'm going to do the 10 things I'm thankful for/affected my life in 2009

1) Quitting SYF + Doing Cheer

Hahaha omg this was sooooooo big seriously. Especially when during the whole of Nov/Dec 2008 I could not decide between the 2 and was ready to just stretch myself and balance both if I had no choice. Which I thought I didn't thanks to a certain bitch Ms Wee but that's besides the point. Anyway, making that decision was tough, but I knew I had to stick to the responsibility I had and I took up as Cheer Captain so yup. Got to know many new people during Cheer and I reallly enjoyed the practices and stuff however stressful, but on SYF day when I went to see the SYF people get ready and then follow them to NUS.... Haha in the dance studio I almost cried cuz I felt so left out of it. And the SYF item is pretttttty kick ass and I wished I was part of it. Yup. Ohwell I don't regret my decision, because I know what I had to do and I wouldn't have it any other way.

And, leading a cheerleading team was tough, like reallllllly tough and I think I grew as a leader in that time cuz I realised many things I was doing wrong and stuff. So yup, that's verrrrry good.

2) Joining the 17th HC

Okay I'm not gonna say much cuz it's pretty self explanatory. But I haven't done much with the 17th HC yet since I've been away for alot of stuff, but we'll see how next year! And leaving the 16th was so freaking tough. During HC Camp a part of me wanted to die inside and Limeng talked to me thanks Meng!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3) Joining OCIP

OMG THIS ONE FUCKED UP. The only good thing that came out of it (no I didn't learn more about myself or like learn to be more compassionate or whatever), was making good friends with Yiguan and Gracie, and getting closer to Meng. And for that I am constantly reminding myself not to regret joining OCIP. Even if it is fucked up and BOTH trips got cancelled and apparently some teacher decides to exclude all that did not sign up for Balai from OCIP (which is me and Limeng) and also now it's not gonna be included in portfolio like thanks I wasted one whole year on preparing for some stupid trip that didn't even happen and you're not even going to recognise it thanks. I sound so bitter and like selfish because OCIP affected SO MANY THINGS ok and it doesn't feel worth it? I honestly joined it to hopefully make myself like, a better person through the trip and stuff, and also a small bit cuz of portfolio, but like I couldn't. Aiyah it's too many things already but thank you to Yiguan, Gracie and Limeng for making everything a little bit more bearable (:

4) AYG

)))))))))))))))))))))): I'm so sad the experience is over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really really reallllly loved every single moment of it. Even the mad rush to meet deadlines because as usual I left everything to the last minute. It gave me a reason to write, and apparently I could write articles on SPORTS (haha) not bad, and it also let me consider going into another course in Uni. Plus meeting the athletes (haha particular ones only hehe) was fun, writing the articles were fun because it made me feel like part of something SUPER BIG and to know that you were part of it is EXHILARATING. To see your name at the bottom of an article that is online is like WOAH. Love it love it love it I wanna do it all again and I really wanna be part of YOG this year but sigh.

5) Everything that came after AYG, meaning all the other stuff I got to do because Mr Loh remembered me from AYG HAHA.

Student leadership workshop at SJC was one of them and it was good for me cuz I had to write down everything about my leadership experience. Haha there's so much to talk about but you really learn through that I think. Cuz like, it makes you sit down and think about what you're doing, what can be done better, what is being done RIGHT. And the workshop exposed me to SportsXcel people which then led to....

SL Camp. Which was uh-mazing!!!! Got to know people better and stuff like that. I dunno how to say la ok next thing haha.

6) MY CLASS, WHICH IS THE BEST CLASS HAHA 04/09

I love our class and its weird mix of people, even though we are constantly discriminated in the Staffroom because we are a TA Arts class which is like very bad apparently. Even though we have a CT who moodswings like a pendulum and is crazy intense. But we are an AWESOME class!!!!!!!!!!! Like winning soooo many Swensons vouchers during Sports Carnival because not only are we an Arts class we are also (self proclaimed) Sports class HAHAHAHA. Because of our love for playing Captain's Ball during PE, and our one and only GIRLS NIGHT OUT outing. 04 girls are awesome I wanna go out again!!!!!! :D

7) TITANS.

Hahahahahahh even though I wasn't technically involved in it. I made myself involved okay! And the 2 training that I joined in made me want to EXERCISE and resulted in me doing planks everyday for uh 2 weeks haha. This was tough and enjoyable at the same time and I loved the group of people that were in it.

8) Past 7 things have all been like somewhat tangible things?? OK my 5th thing that I am THANKFUL for this year is my friends who have constantly be there for the past year and previous.

Calvin, Chenyin: Because I love you 2 so very much and you are always there for me and know me best and will always continue to handle my deranged mind and rubbish thoughts etc. And for the coming year I know I will survive because I have you :D

Calvin, we got through uh a rough patch at the very start of this year but even though we've also spent alot less time together and stuff I like the fact that we are still close and comfortable with each other (: And thank you for.... my fisheye camera haha, always treating me to Starbucks/Frolick (but no thanks to always complaining to my mother after that hor), listening to allllllllllllllll my retarded comments about anything and just plain being patient with me and humouring me about my many whims. Love you!!!! :D

Chenyin, wah sister you have been with me through damn freaking alot hahaha. And I am so thankful for you although I think you have a small part in yourself that don't really want to be friends with me hahahah because I throw EVERYTHING on you like anything and everything that I am unhappy/happy with in the world you also know. You are damn important to my sanity and conscience and without you I think I might combust and die because my emotions get the better of me haha. Thank you SOOOOOOO much really, I love you!!!!!! :D

Rachel, even though we haven't got to spend alot of time together this year ): whatever time we have spent talking and stuff like even though just on bus rides home is still good and you are still very important to me because you provide a rational voice haha :D

Sarahbarah, again, even though we have only spent minimal time this year talking and catching up, everytime we meet it's still fun and comfortable. Yay Sarahbarah for yeaaaaaaaaarrrssssss of friendship that have passed and to come :D

9) People who I got closer to this year

Vi, HELLO GF!!! (: Having you and Rachel around during dance makes it a bit more easy to handle :D I am always happy to see your pretty face around school haha and I can trust you to tell you stuff and still be retarded with you Ily!!!! (:

Joleneney, being in the same class helped when trying to uh mend our friendship haha. And I'm glad we are!!! Although we're still beginning to learn to trust each other again, mutual dislike for people has helped and, our similarities have helped alot too haha. No matter what happens, you're still very important to me even when we quarrel or whatever. To our many years of friendship!!!!!! I love you, TIGGER (hahaha omg do you remember this do you do you, in TK your name was joleneTIGGER in my phone hahaHAHAHhahahah)

Faye, actually we were always quite close right haha but anyway, this year you and Vibz have helped me with allll my History shit so much and even though you are VERY whiny and like to get yourself into all sorts of emotional tangles, thank you for always being there and willing to listen and be angry/sad/happy for me when I tell you stuff. Yiguan, because if I didn't get to know you, I would die during OCIP, I would die with a lack of retardedness in my life, and I wouldn't have got to know a great (and retarded) friend (: You are superrrrr easygoing and your anger about any issue dissapates after you rant about it for like 10 minutes then you okay alr haha. And we are quite similar some more!! About our dislike for certain people hahahaha. But seriously, you are a very good friend like how you try to distract me by talking about other random topics when I am angry haha, and how you have promised my mother you will not talk to me for the whole of 2010 which has failed already. Gracie, again, because if I didn't get to know you I would die during OCIP!!! I feel like I can tell you all sorts of stuff and I wish we can spend more time together although that time will seriously be hampered by something called STUDYING FOR A'S but we'll deal haha. 11) Ok 11 things la. Lastly and most importantly, my family.

This year I.. gained a half-sister. Blogged about it on LJ but not here because it didn't seem appropriate. But I'm okay with it now. Though I can't remember her name, and I totally forgot about her during our US trip when we saw many cute baby things and I couldn't think of a suitable baby to get it for (IRRITATING OMG THE BABY THINGS WERE SO FREAKING CUTE I WANT A BABY NOW.). Anyway, Daddy's time has always been split between here and Thailand and I'm just glad at least he always makes the effort to meet me and Meredith. Even if both of us haven't been making alot of effort either. :/

Mummy and Meredith because they also deal with my nonsense, even more so because they have to LIVE WITH ME hahahaha. Meredith, for always cooking for me at retarded times in the night, for coming up with damn freaking retarded songs and stories about certain people for certain people haha (Calvin Eng you have been a recipient for both!), forrrrr letting me "use" her when I wanna buy more things. "Why do you need another GAP jacket?" "MEREDITH DON'T HAVE, FOR MEREDITH!!!" Hahahaha.

Short, ok not so short, post on US

Hello I still haven't slept since we touched down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to eat bakchormee at Simpang just now and Uncle left his wallet in the car and we thought we didn't have any money which was retarded. But because we go there to eat waaaaaaaayyyyyyy more often than is healthy, the people there were like "never mind never mind what you want to order?" Hahahaha. Yum I missed bakchormee!!!!!!!!!! I ate till I was bloated and full and wanted to sleep, something which I NEVER felt when eating in the US. Even though the Angus beef burgers from Macs and Carls Jr were AWESOME.

I wanna blog about my shopping haul except it isn't much to blog about... Hahahaha. And pictures are alllll still in the camera there are so many omg. I brought my fisheye camera there so I really wanna get those photos developed! And the quadcam too but I am not creative enough to think of new uses for it other than jumping shots so I still have about half the roll left before can develop >:[

Ok let's see what I bought.... I got 2 shirts, a denim jacket, and 2 pairs of jeans. And that's it for clothes. SERIOUSLY. HAHA WTF I SPENT DUNNO ALMOST 3 WEEKS IN US AND I CAME BACK WITH THAT. I wanted to get another Hurley or Gap jacket then no size walau ehhhhhh. I didn't even buy ALOT of nail polish. 5 bottles? 1 Essie, 2 Sally Hansen and 2 OPI. I realised that it's cheaper online like when Vi buys it lor so no point me buying it there!!! Well, in total, the 4 of us came back home with uh like 16 pairs of shoes. HAHAHAHAH and only 4 (okay 5 including RUNNING SHOES hahahHHAHAH I can return Wanen hers already!!!!!) belong to me k! Though I can also wear Mummy's and Meredith's hehe. So happy with my shoes omg I got a pair of Vans Mikalah in blue (Google it it's so pretty omg) and I just tried them on and like walked around the house HAHAHAHAHAHA. And we bought 2 pairs of Vans (including those) for 22bucks US ok!!! That is around 30+SING?? Deliriously happy seriously haha. Got Nike Air Dunks and a pair of blue Keds which have POLKADOT laces and totalllllllly got me sold on them hehehehehe. Oh and we have about 6 pairs of blue shoes in the house already... Plus 2 pairs of blue slippers..... I NEED OTHER COLOURED SHOEZSSZSZSZS.

But like everyone has Coach la what's the point in still paying expensive prices for things that aren't exclusive anymore right?? Omg I sound so spoilt omg hahahaha. I damn happy with my wallet hehehehehehehehe. But Mummy says I can't carry it to school cuz it's too LOUD like I am showing off walau eh then who will see my wallet ): Anyway she bought me a Cole Haan wallet to carry to school normally which is yellow and pretty but nowhere as pretty as my Kate Spade one hahahaha.

I should really blog properly about the trip right. But truth be told it wasn't the best trip ever. I think I kinda preferred Perth trip last year except for the shopping in US? Probably cus Perth trip was soooo much less stressful and we didn't need to keep taking long driving trips to different places and we stayed in an apartment so we had a kitchen and a FRIDGE and omg a kettle. Seriously, you think that all hotels would have a kettle BUT THEY DON'T and Yiyi was so desperate already that she bought one from Walmart. And our hotel in Vegas- Harrahs- had a fridge BUT THEY DIDN'T ALLOW US TO USE IT. They had a sign that said that they would make us pay if we put stuff in it. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE?!

We survived on ALOT of Maruchan. And we ate Chinese food while in San Fran and Vegas for like 6 nights in a row haha. Which me and Meredith were like ??? about cuz we went all the way to the States for CHINESE FOOD?!?!? Well anyway the Chinese restaurant in Vegas that we ate at was good and recommended by Uncle's friend who was awesome he brought us to eat BUFFET!!! Hehehe. The restaurant's called HONGKONG STAR and please go find it if you are there haha. Just tell them "Less oil less salt" because EVERYTHING in US is heavily salted omg.

I should really try to blog in chronological order. Ok let's see. We touched down in LAX after a 17 hour flight and spent a night there in MOTEL 6 haha. Drove for about 6 hours to San Fran where we spent 2 nights in Hotel Tomo, which was the best hotel we stayed in the whole trip I think. Got white flat screen tv which was so pretty and free wireless!!! And it was big. And the entire room was painted like with manga stuff which was damn cool!! After that we drove to Vegas where we spent 5 nights there. But was quite wasted cuz Vegas is known for its night life and stuff but for some reason I was just reaaaaaalllllllllyyyyyyy tired all the time I was there and fell asleep super early. UGH I didn't get to see some of the big hotels!!! But Vegas outlets are super awesome I like. And we went to Mount Charleston in Vegas where there was SNOW. But it was also crazy cold I buay tahan I hid out in the car as much as possible!!!

Then back to Anaheim, staying at Clarion Hotel for 9 nights? LA was fun cuz we went to Disneyland!!! Well actually Disneyland wasn't that fun cuz of the crowd. Fighting through people is sooo not fun. And I didn't realise that tickets to Disneyland/Universal Studios were so expensive!! Mummy told me our tickets cost like 220bucks per person?! That's for a 3 day pass to Disneyland and a 2 day pass to Universal Studios. I liked Universal! Like the tram ride thing where they brought us to the backlot of the studios was damn fun! It's 70+ bucks for a 1 day pass to Disneyland which I thought was siaoooo (and made our ticket prices verrrrry reasonable), but after going through the attractions like Haunted Mansion and stuff I think it's very worth it! The technology used and stuff is CRAZY COOL ok seriously like you cannot imagine how they do it!!!

We went to California Adventure Park as well and sat California Screamin' (twice) and Maliboomer. Maliboomer is DAMN FUN, Ling, sitting beside me, said that she is amazed at my screaming ability cus once the ride went up I screamed cuz it was so sudden and she said that I could scream non-stop like don't need to breathe haha. Managed to change all our tickets to Fastpass for California Screamin' but the 3 adults didn't want to sit so we sat twice. Wah siao one lor I really didn't dare to sit on it the first time and I was convinced I was going to die till they kept calling me chicken and obviously I am not a chicken right haha so I sat on it la. And it was fun! So we went a second time. Fastpass is the BEST INVENTION EVER haha we avoided 2hour long queues for Indiana Jones, Splash Mountain etc. Out of our 3 day pass, we went to Disneyland on Christmas Day and it was PACKED so we didn't get to do much. 2nd day went to California, then 3rd day was our most productive day in Disneyland! We got to do sooo many things thanks to the Fastpass and thanks to "Magical Morning" something something which let us get into the park an hour before opening hours! And we went back at night (minus a certain family member who got it into her head that she hates all of us like, suddenly) to see the fireworks which were so pretty!! And then got snow!!!!

Yah talking about spending Christmas in US. It was veryyyyyyy unmagical haha. We ate turkey legs from Disneyland, well technically it was the ripped out meat from the leftover turkey leg haha, and drank canned soup heated up using the COFFEE MAKER. (Y) So lovely. But the TV in San Fran and Anaheim was #1 cuz got FOOD NETWORK!!! Hehehehehe (L)(L)(L) My favourite shows are Iron Chef and Ace of Cakes, which Ling affectionately calls "The Cake Show".

OK I dunno who managed to read that whole lot of text haha I think I will die lah got no pictures some more sorry ): Anyway I decided that for the first time in about 4 or 5 years I am NOT going to bake for Valentine's Day. :O Mummy told me to sell cookies/cupcakes instead. So ruthless right. But it's true lor I give out damn alot of food leh you think free one ah hahahahaha. And we bought new baking stuff in US like SPRINKLES!!! Omg they are animal shaped and I have gorilla, lion, dolphin and something else I forgot. HOW COOL IS THAT. Soooo I will make one more batch of cookies and cupcakes to photograph + give out as samples before I officially like accept orders I guess?????? OR I MIGHT GET LAZY AND JUST BAKE FOR VDAY INSTEAD OF SELLING HAHAHAH cuz it feels so weird not to give things for Vday ohwell. BUT money 1st. HahahahHAHAHHhaha. Mummy is tired of sponsoring everything for when I bake alreadyyyyyy. So please, to all the people who have eaten my cookies/cupcakes, or come over for dinner (HA I KNOW IT'S ALOT OF YOU WHO EAT SUKIYAKI!!!!!!!!!! AND RECENTLY, JIAOZI!!! *stares hard at Calvin Chenyin Yiguan Rachel Vivian*) time to payback (literally). Muahahahahaha. >:D

Btw Mummy says she wants to make 2000 jiaozi and Meredith says it's not enough. Siao already. One week left to school and I have no IS topic, again. I have no idea how I'm going to come up with a proposal when this week is packed with OGL Camp, Cheer prac, OCIP "sharing session" (Wtf seriously they want us to go for the seniors' sharing session. Not even our own la go and hear about theirs for what to rub it in that we cannot go is it?) and Open House. Yayyyy. And I still need to find time to play with fondant cuz when school reopens I have 3 weeks to find a way to make Chen Qianyun's Waka-Waka cake. HA you think I forgot right! I didn't!!!!!

OK congrats if you read everything! I shall now go drink alot of water cuz my throat is dry my nose is blocked AND I think I shall go and disturb Meredith. Btw my nails now are right hand- OPI Lourve Me Lourve Me Not, and left hand- Sally Hansen Extreme Wear, The Real Teal (Which is the exact same colour as my room wall except shimmery ^^) I'm trying to catch up on lost days to wear as many colours of nail polish as possible in this week hahahahahaha. HELLO I'M BACK!!!!!!!

Can't say I'm exactly glad to be back... But I'm not entirely upset that I'm back either hahahahah thanks to a family member who went stark raving mad on the second last day of our trip. Yeah, thanks.

I wanted to write down like New Year resolutions and stuff while on the 17hour plane ride homeeeee but I kinda slept the last 7 hours from Narita to Singapore which explains why I'm still awake since reaching home at about 320am. Walau ehhhhhhhhhhhhh. Which means I could actually have joined 04 at Tiong Bahru for CIP but it wasn't confirmed that I would get to do the flag dayyyyy so OHWELL.

Can't wait to meet up with Calvin, Chenyin, Yiguan, Gracie, Vi and Rachel!!!! OH and Sarahbarah cuz I brought her back (squashed) Krispy Kremes haha oops. OMG I want to use my new walllllllleeeeeeeetttttttt. Almost wish I was gonna do CIP! Haha just talked to Lynn and Joleneneney is sick awwwwwwwww. I miss 04 girliez want to seeeeeee you all soooooon!!!!!
