Reverie V

Hahahhah 1 week after Reverie and I shall blog about it NOW. Friday was full dress rehearsal at RP, everything was so rushed and I was just like zzzzzzzz not feeling prepared AT ALL. Tired and hungry and I only reached home at like 12mn.

Saturday, fucking exciting day seriously hahaha. Woke up really early, got Macs breakfast then went down to school at 745am. Bus down to RP and it was quite a slow day. Slowly went through the schedule for the day, then slowly went to organise our backstage and changing rooms haha. Our- Me, Vi, Rachel, Iynyi and Angeline's area, was like away from everyone else so we had alot of space and it was fun haha. Regretted not bringing my camera cuz I thought we would be very busy then cannot take photos! ): Which we weren't. Dancers turned into seamstresses haha as everyone was trying to alter the dresses (WHICH CAME THE DAY BEFORE CONCERT ZZZZ) to fit/make shorter etc. Because I have no patience to sew, I basically did nothing except try on the dress then Vi helped me safety pin it then Eileen/Charis/Iynyi all helped me sew it shorter heeeehhhhh (: I miss the excitement of that day, the big lightbulbs around the mirrors in the changing rooms, the boys putting on their emo make up, shouting for false eyelashes/bust aid/SOMEONE de-hairing herself hahahahahahha, bras hanging on clothes racks, stockings on the floor, bras being held up by leukoplast, "BOY COMING IN" boy alert before they walked into our dressing room, Noelle shouting "CAN YOU ALL STOP USING MY MAKEUP!!!", ahhh everything was so exciting!

Right before the concert started we were told that there was a queue like all the way to the escalator area and it was freaking stressful and like awesome that so many people were here!!! Like the whole of TJC haha. I was so scared and nervous and really really needed to pee, luckily got Chenyin (L). Then the concert started and like WOAH the lights were so bright you couldn't really see the audience which was good cuz then I just concentrated on getting steps and stuff. Meredith called me up during intermission to scream that "OMG MAG YOU WERE SO CUTE!!!!!!!" Hahaha. The concert was really really reallllly good like I could feel it was good even though it seemed rushed through. Walking out from backstage felt like walking through the Arrivals at the airport hahaha cuz people like Adeline had a suitcase to store her costumes and everyone was waiting around shouting. I felt like a superstar :D

ANYWAY, thank you to everyone who turned up, it was so bloody awesome to see everyone and to hold like damn alot of flowers hahaha.

Thanks to Delta HC who gave me a humongous teddy bear I thought it was a joke but no, it wasn't hahaha. Calvin and Gracie for their respective sunflowers (: Nicholas for travelling across the island with flowers in his hands and getting laughed at by ah bengs hahahahhaa :D Mummy, Daddy, Meredith, Ling, Beryl, Shufen, Zengan, Caleb, Ryan, Shannon, Edwin Lee, Melvin, Darren, Justina, Yiguan, Jo, Gen, Zhixin, Pearly, Natesha, Weyjian and dunno how many other people that I missed out/couldn't see but it was a super great feeling to see everyone there to support hehe. (: Mummy brought us+Calvin to Simpang to eat prata and dosai yummm then sent Calvin home then Ling and Beryl home.

I kinda miss and don't miss concert haha. I don't miss the preparation for concert, but I miss concert day itself. I think I feel so much more at ease with the dance people than I've felt before haha. The rest of the week felt like I just came back from a long holiday and suddenly my afternoons/evenings are free again!!!!! I baked rainbow cupcakes for the dancers on Sunday, baked lemon cookies for Chenyin and Nicolette on Fridaaaaay! Bak kut teh with Daddy this afternoon, then went for Guitar concert at night. Which was very good as well, Nicolette and Chenyin were so cute! And Ryan and Shannon were the emcees and damn funny haha. School's starting to become routine and more intense ahhhhhh Megahouse is next Friday, weekend after that is HC Camp, then the weekend after that is MJC guest performance and the week after THAT is Napfa already which I absolutely have to get a Silver for WALAUUUUU. And the week after THAT is Mardi Gras wtf they're all consecutive weeks?! Then it'll be June hols already fuck time is passing daaaamn quickly! Need to buck up need to buck up. Going to Msia tomorrow for CURRY FISH HEAD so I have to sleep now and wake up early, gudnite! (:

I feel good about myself today because even though I finished dance extra late (like "omg quick run out of the hall the aunty dont want to keep the gate open alr!!" late), and reached home at like 945, i have just finished my SBQ and its barely 4 pages but 4 pages nonetheless. Today we watched The Importance Of Being Earnest during Lit and me, Jo and Chenyin set caller id pictures for each other which are HORRENDOUS aiyo. But anyway, PE was fun, played Captain's Ball with another class and it was funny haha. Today was also Louise' Birthday, happy birthday!! :D I'm getting increasingly excited for Reverie which is like 3 days away omg.... But I've started packing my stuff into a box and our Gaga costumes are coming tomorrow!! Both opening and finale items are done and I think our concert is really shaping up, even if I still feel unprepared haha. Can't wait for Saturday to come(and be over with haha). PW results are almost confirmed coming out on Friday and I want back my results too!! Though we'll be at RP sigh. Let's go TJ018! haha. Oh and I baked Matcha loaf with Red Bean swirl and it was well received ytd yay (: I wanna make Banana Walnut Bread next! Which Jo is looking forward to haha. OK I'm typing this on my phone right before I sleep and my eyes hurt and it's 145am. Goodnight everyone :>

Haha omg I finally have pictures up on this! :O Dance has been INTENSE but actually not so much for me considering the fewwwwww items I have heh. Everyday I'm too tired to switch on the computer which is a good thing I guess cuz no distractions but it doesn't mean I do anything productive either haha. MCT results are back and I didn't do toooo badly! Passed the majority of my subjects, GP's a disappointment though ): But it's my virgin GP paper ok c'mon Mag you can do better!!!!!!!!!!

Mat came to school today for Floorball and it was good to see him and catch up!!!!!! It has been damn long laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Brought Swatchguards for Chenyin and Vivian so now all our watches are same same hehe same series with cool Swatchguards leh! (: Dance concert is shaping up it's really quite exciting! I cannot wait for the day/cannot wait for it to be over haha. Dancing in the boots is like running a marathon ok. I'm so glad Zaki changed our double pirouette to single!!!

Ok I am running out of things to say. Going to JB tomorrow early morning to get new nail polish and make up hehehehehe! Hopefully can eat Sing Kee curry fish head plspls.

Hahahaha Friday was completely slack day I rotted and made custard, digestive biscuit bases, and CHOCOLATE BANANA CAKE!!!!! Custard was abit fail cuz it was lumpy grrrr, digestive biscuit bases refused to set, but the cake was FREAKING AWESOME omg me, Meredith and Mummy couldn't stop eating it. Packed the cake and brought it to school the next day. Dance was tiring but productive, I am completely happy that Gaga has improved like leaps and bounds haha since the last vetting where I was picked on unfairly, BUT I WASN'T THIS TIME SO THERE. And other than my lack of emotion on my face, at least I can remember the steps alr haaaaaaaaaaaa. The boots for Zaki's dance have arrived and omg I'm so freaking unbalanced in them it's not funny. Please la, I walk around in heels already so unglam like take out heels and walk in my bare feet to the train(hehe girls night out) unglam and you want me to DANCE IN THEM. And when we walk/run to our next position you can hear CLOMP CLOMP CLOMP and I just want to burst out laughing on the spot. The cake was vvvvvvvv well received by Rachel and Vivian who ate the most of it haha. And everyone else who ate it also liked it yay (:

Went home and tried assembling my fruit tartlets with the semi-fail custard and the digestive biscuit base and they were amazingly alright!!! Like they tasted good even if they looked ugly. So I shall not give up and try making super pretty and yummy fruit tartlets again!!!! Yay. Mummy baked the chocolate banana cake again with the addition of chocolate chips and more bananas and it was goooooood. Mummy added the recipe into her blue book of recipes and it's marked SUPERSTAR BY CUPCAKE GODDESS(aka Me hahahahHAHAH) The cake was gone by this morning haha. SO I made them again! But into mini muffin form yumzzzzzz. I made like 15 and there are only 10 left now. It is really damn good ok Mummy's gonna make them using a different method and with walnuts tomorrow.

CALVIN ENG IS BACK! Frrrrroooomm Taiwan yay (: My stomach has been strangely unsatisfied the whole entire day I keep eating nonsense like Taokaenoi, porridge, zhajiangmian, muffins, roast purple potatoes, and I wanna eat CRAB. My fried food fast is now OVER but I'm supposed to continue it until concert which is coming in a mere 13 days time omggggggggg. Hopefully we'll be able to pull this off. Please buy your tickets fast fast if you haven't!!!!! I shall now go do something productive, like draw a mindmap of all the Taming Of The Shrew characters cuz all their stupid names are so similar and they're all posing as someone else or other walauuuuuuu. Gremio/Grumio????????????

DELTA DRAGONS!!!

OK Track and Field 2010 has ended and contrary to last year...

FUCK YEAH DELTA WON THE CHEERLEADING CHAMPIONSHIP AND OVERALL BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delta cheerleading squad was fucking awesome and when I was looking at their full run before the actual performance I wanted to cry cuz I was so touched and happy and it was such an awesome squad and like I'm abit sad I wasn't part of it but FUCK YEAH IT'S DELTA!!!! 4 YEARS LOSING STREAK OK FUCK WE WON SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND A PERFECT SCORE CHEERLEADING PERFORMANCE HELLO???? TO OVERCOME OUR 12 POINTS PENALTY, WE HAD TO GET FULL MARKS TO WIN!!!!!!!!!! OMFGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. And Delta boys were like WOAH hello watching Che Xuan(WHO IS SPORTSMAN OF THE YEAR HELLO AWESOME????) run 4x400m with like a 100m lead in front of the second boy was like OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGGGGGGGGGGG Delta boys are awesome!!!

Deltans are basically awesome this marks 4 years of my UNDYING LOYALTY to the house hahahahahaha and it was a greaaaaaaaattttt way to end my last year in TJ seriously!!! Thank you to allllll the awesome Deltan runners, throwers, jumpers, cheerleaders, HC. This was the best best best thing that could ever happen!!!! Angeline's also the cutest thing she came up to me and hugged me and was like "CONGRATS MAG!!! I'M SO PROUD TO BE IN DELTA!!!" and she teared ok she damn freaking cute and that's how I feel because we've ALWAYS been proud to be a Delta Dragon whether win or lose!

Jiehui wants a short paragraph to herself hahahaha because she is also another loyal Deltan, even though she cannot be compared to me, Louise, Calvin, Ryan, ALL OTHER TA PEOPLE HAHAHA, but thanks Jiehui for like always agreeing to run even though we tell you on short notice. For running your best even though you don't feel confident but you still always wow everyone!!! (:

Congratulations to MEL for coming in Sportswoman of the year, as if anyone else was going to win it la hahaha Mel is crazy fast ok! 04/09 SPORTS CLASS!!! HAHAHAH :D

All the other houses cheer performances were good actually like I was abit scared when I watched but when Delta performed my heart just exploded in joy or something I was soooo excited omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D I wish Calvin could could have been there also cuz like HELLO DELTA BOYS CHAMPION!!!! Hahaha then he can finally share in our 4 years of hard work, sweat, tears for Delta amounting to GLORYYYYYY!!!

Ok end of post until I get pictures developed from my fisheye. Took many shots today to use up film so I could get me and Sarah's pictures developed. Today has been an AWESOME day I am sooo in love with Delta Dragons heheheheh (((((: And I'm sure like this marks a brand new start for Delta ok, all the TA people must be like OMG FINALLY DELTA WINS hahahaha it is only the beginning ;)
