Slept at like, 4am this morning, waking up at 930 to do a little History before going for tuition. Omgggg there's quite alot of Chinese work = No sleep tonight again. ): ): I am extremely sleepy right now, very very sleepy. But I cannot sleep. Must... Do.... Workkk.........

E-learning

FUCKING, PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW. I HAVE REDID MY CHEM LECTURE 2 LIKE, 5 TIMES SO FAR. And in the time that the lectures have been playing, I have finished reading a Jamie Oliver cookbook and I'm now on Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Education? I think not. And then my questions keep skipping throughout the lecture and I don't know how to go back and do them because Matrix 2 is such an uncooperative piece of shit. It is fucking not user friendly and I have no idea what the school is trying to prove by making us use it. And you know what? While trying to figure out how to go back to my previous questions, I accidentally pressed clear and TADAH I WILL START FROM THE FIRST PAGE OF THE LECTURE THE NEXT TIME I TRY. THANK YOU MATRIX 2, THANK YOU TJC SERIOUSLY. E-learning is a fucking waste of time, the workload is heavier than ever, and they expect us to live and breathe by the Matrix 2 so that we get all the updates and we know what work to do by when. Well guess what, I'm not going to be a bloody slave to the machine ok, I have a life outside the computer. Reflections on e-learning are going to be strongly worded. I am very very very upset right now, especially with the new knowledge that our Geog trip got postponed to Wednesday, but no one knew because it was on an announcement on, can you guess it? Matrix 2. And we have a Geog assignment, all in a folder called Geog 08/09, no less. It's like, an extra Geog folder. I. Hate. E-learning.

Met Calvin at Simpang today, I was punctual kay! Had our bakchormee then Louise and Ryan ran over, VERY LATE. Ate then took a train down to Buona Vista. The train like school bus ok, on the way we picked up Darren, then Denie, then Melvin, JayJay, Zhihong, Mana. Haha. Met Miss Tan and we were the earliest! Then others came but Ashraf and Xiwen were still like, on the other side of Singapore or something, so a bunch of us walked to ACJC first. Charis gave me my very unglam present D: But thank you Charis! (: The school compound is freaaakkiiing huge! Got my birthday cd from Melvin/Fatty. :D YAAAY THANK YOU! Hehehehehe. The SYF plays were good, though in the middle we were bored already haha. TJ was good, ACSindependent was freakkiiing funny we laughed throughout the whole thing omg!

Went over to Holland V with Calvin, Louise, Ryan. Almost wanted to go to Party City and get the shades haha but then I was running out of money so I got polaroid film first. Then went to get some food in our hungry rumbling bellies. Saw Miss Loo and Miss Lau! Went to get some Frolick with Calvin, then Calvin's dad picked us up. He was very nice he gave me a lift all the way back home even though it wasn't on the way because "For Mag, I'll sure send home." Or something along those lines haha.

Back home now with a pounding headache, pound pound pound. Haven't done any e-learning for today, must really get my work started, pull up your socks Mag! >:[

Hoax

So today was the official start of E-learning week. Woke up at about 10 plus, then went to watch Oprah with Mummy, who decided to give herself an MC for today, proclaiming that she's not a very good example for me. Yes Mummy, you're not HAHA. At about 11, Jinli calls up saying I need to go online "NOW NOW NOW" because we had LA to do. So chiong-ed my LA essay in like half an hour so that everyone could comment on it. The discussion board was supposed to close at 12 but it didn't so we all managed to post. Left for dance after that, Mummy gave me a lift. the weather was crazy, heavy heavy rain. Went through blocking and what not for about an hour then had to leave with Rachel cuz we had Geog trip. While on the way home, found out the trip was cancelled cuz of the rain. Went home and ate/watched tv. Started on Chem lecture. It's crazy ok I hate the fact that we have to go back to the beginning of the lecture if we get the question wrong! Managed to finish Quiz 1 just now. Hm.

I need to get a better headstart on all the E-learning work. Was at first looking forward to this week as it seemed like a break away from school. What bullshit, there is more workload than ever because they expect you to finish the work at your own time. Unlike if we had school, we were only expected to do the work during school hours or something. Suckssssss.

Anyway, talked to Vivian on the phone just now. Quite random, but it was nice. Dance is so, so, bitchy omg. Hahaha. A TA student's life is very sad as well. ): Then was talking to Tiffany Seah, who is very funny and was considering if she should accept TJ. I like talking to people I haven't talked to in a long time, even though I'm always afraid it might be awkward, but when you hit it off and can talk for a long time about lots of random stuff it's fun. Like, you still mean something for them to be talking to you for so long anyway! HAHA. And it's quite sad really, most people consider going to either VJ or MJ but never TJ. Because VJ is a better school academically, while MJ is supposedly more fun. So TJ is neither very fun, nor very good academically. SIGH.

Going to watch LA plays tomorrow, yay fun fun. Agenda for tomorrow: Start on Maths and Bio e-learning, maybe Chem.

Yesterday, Sarah called me up at 10plus saying she's done in school already. So I had to get my ass off bed, shower and then get her from the station! Hahaha. She came over for abit, then we left to go to Holland V. Parrrrrty City! (: We saw Denise Keller, all skinny. :O Went to NYDC for some lunch, then to Cold Rock Creamery for ice creaaaam! (: And we met Aaron Johnson HAHA. Got light stick glasses and random sweets, bought lip balm for Meredith damn cute! Went to Cold Storage to get brownie mix, then her dad picked us up in his SPORTS CAAARRRR. I asked for the hood to be put down because it's so cool right, my hair whipped around my face like mad while in the car ok! Then when I came out my hair was tangled. ): BUT THE CAR STILL DAMN COOL I WANNA SIT AGAIN.

Went over to her house where we uh. Sat around and played dress up with the party glasses and hats. Then we played Dirty Minds which was the game I got her for Christmas last year. It's a game where you read out some descriptions that sound totallllly kinky but they're not, and the other person has to guess what it is! SARAH HAS A DIRTY MIND OK SHE SUCKS AT THE GAME HAHAHA. Examples of such descriptions were:

Funny like mad Sarah was so clueless ok! Bandit kept rubbing herself against me, leaving fur EVERYWHERE but I still love her she's so cute. (: Got a ride down to Newton, where we sadly, had to part ways because Ah ma was due to come over for steamboat dinner. AND SHE DIDN'T IN THE END. Had sukiyaki again at home. Got pissed off in the minutes leading up to my birthday. ): But never mind it was all okay in the end!!

Today, went for Superkids in the morning. My dearest Mitchell came!! (: But he was very naughty >:[ Walked over to Tampines Mall after that to meet Weyjian who passed me a very cool present yaaaaay thank you Weyjian! (: Then went to NTUC to meet Mummy and Yiyi to get stuff for steamboat #3. Picked up Ling and went home, watched Night At The Museum on Star Movies then went out to Parkway. Didn't get all that I wanted there though. And my Singfest Day 1 tickets are still non-existent ): Pffft.

Home for steamboat with Ah ma all. Ah ma very funny. Inside the lift I smiled at her, she smiled back then asked Godma who I was. ): Then at home she holding ang bao ask "Who's birthday is it today". Tsk! JieJieAmy and Adrian came over while we were just about to cut the cake and stuff. She was like "Who's birthday? Ahma's is it?!" WALAU THANKS ALOT.

Ok my birthday is ending in about 25 mins. Overall I have to say it's been a good one, every year I feel more appreciative of the people around me, because every year they do something to surprise me and I feel bad, like I don't deserve such people, damn!

Tuesday had 2.4 run. Passed, but I could have done alot better if I just didn't walk. Kjkadhjkasdh!!! But it's ok, did better than expected actually, felt alot better too. Dance, which was like, 20 minutes of actual dancing with Miss Wee before she stopped class to ask if we were gonna have a concert next year since it's also SYF year so we were all discussing. Until like, 7. Walked to Bedok Interchange for "watermelon balls" and the stall was closed, went to the library to search for Wen Chuen's book then took the train home with Rachel.

Yesterday was Racial Harmony Day! Had to reach school by 7, wearing my CNY dress. Could hardly walk and it was very unglam and restricting but got complimented, SO! Hahaha. :D Got back progress reports. I already knew what I would get so wasn't that shocked. Interesting to read the teachers' comments though. Most of them echo each other saying I need to focus to produce the results I'm capable of. Now just tell my mind/heart/body/soul to put that into practice. Dance again after that, taught Coco the first part of Dicky's dance. Dance feels very, tiresome nowadays. Went to eat with Rachel then we took bus home together. Talked alot again, (:

Today, I'm slowly getting the hang of Maths, especially when right now our topics are quite easy. Plus, Xuanzheng sits next to me every Maths lesson because I'm a very very good influence and I teach him his Maths! (: THOUGH HE ALWAYS ACTS AS IF HE DAMN SMART OK. Bio was quite retarded, had one presentation and then Mr Ng was telling us how we should start studying for Promos. After school, camwhored abit with me acting like a minah with my brown bag and then tucked in my uniform highhhhh into my skirt. Funny/unglam/obscene! Then Chenyin went off, me and Ryan stayed back with him playing his stupid game and me watching 21 on my itouch. It's damn goooood!!!!! I was damn into the movie ok haha. Finished up my Daily practice questions. Then met Louise, Calvin, Melvin and went opposite the school to rehearse our Lang Arts play. I'm quite confident in it! Though I know there are quite a few changes to be made. Hm. Almost missed the bus but the bus driver, even though he wasn't at the bus stop anymore, opened up the door so I could run into the bus, which was already like, on the road haha.

Celebrating my birthday tomorrow, very.. Mixed company but it should be fun! (: I can't wait for my surprises hehehehe. Yaaaaay for Sukiyaaaakii omg I can't wait!

Sing a sad song and make it better

Today was a brand new, brighter day (: Mummy packed beef stew and bread for me to take to school yumyum. I'm going to make the security guard in school my best friend. Everytime Mummy pulls up to the main gate and I open the car door ready to rush in so that I don't get caught for being late, the uncle will open the gate for me and then smile and tell me to hurry up. HAHAH (: Yaaaaay, I have people on my side! Ryan welcomed me by hugging me and saying "OMG MAG YOU'RE SAVED!!" Because he was afraid I died in the toaster fire that almost burnt my house down. Hahaha. Chem was scary, teacher in a bad mood. Then Miss Tan didn't turn up for our LA lesson. We started learning about Kinematics during Maths lesson and all that ran through my head was "I dropped Physics for a reason" x1000000000 ): I would rather go back to finding area under graphs please. I excel in that, and then exert a good influence on Edwin and Xuanzheng ok! (:


Lunch, then Chinese. Ryan Lee/Shannon/Edwin decided to distract the teacher/waste lesson time by telling her that it was my birthday. "老师!今天是丽敏的生日" Then they all sang a song for me. And the best thing was, that before that, they all REALLY thought that my birthday was yesterday and then wished me a Happy Birthday. Very good. Elis believed them and wished me a Happy Birthday too. I feel so loved. (: Was falling asleep during lesson, then went opposite with Ryan and Chenyin to get food. Yay for tau sar! :D
Geog lesson, told Miss Wong that I planned to drop Geog, especially after hearing that me, Ben and Taufiq have to stay back for remedial. I have no interest in Geog whatsoever, and more lessons might just drain me. Hm. Had presentations during History. Everyone hates the USSR ):
Meeting to discuss Intra-house function after that, with only Zhengxian, Dyane and Ashley. Then went off very very late for dance practice. Which by that time, they had already learnt most of the rest of the steps and no one bothered to recap/help so yeah. Got very very very annoyed. Left with Rachel, we went opposite for drinks and talked alot, I need to think of what I want to do with my life. It's like, passing me by super quickly. Took a bus back together. Stopped at Eastpoint with her then walked back home.

I'm very tired, and I finished Vectors HW 1, therefore I'm feeling very proud of myself and this self satisfaction is sufficient to allow me to go to sleep now and not touch LA Compre. Yes, I shall do that. (: AND NAPFA 2.4 RUN IS TOMORROW, YAY! Not.

I can hear you say it's a brand new day

I cannot find the words to express the sick depressed feeling inside me. It's like a worm you see, it slowly eats and consumes until there's nothing left. It's quite irritating to feel like no one bothers to ask how you are. And in times like these, I feel a very strong urge to coop up in my room, alone, atypical of my usual behaviour. Hm. Wandering around Parkway today, I saw many pretty/cute/pointless/quirky/nonsensical things. I want a Holga! I have gift ideas in my head that I haven't had the chance to create haha. Desperately need to get out of school/house for abit this week. Though I doubt I'll find the time to, what with dance/tuition/dance/study/hc/school. Wonderful, no? I hope I can meet up with Sarah on Saturday/Birthday eve/Her party day. I still can't believe I can't make it for her party ok. Damn!

JieJieAmy so funny. Wanted to go to Malaysia after church today, but after driving all the way to the Causeway and looking at the freaking crazy jam, decided not to and we went to Parkway instead. Went to Levi's to check out shirts/jeans for the Citibank promotion thing. Ended up getting a pair of jeans for Meredith and a ticket for the 2nd day of Singfest. Mummy was telling me I spent alot of money and so I have to pay for the 1st day myself if I wanna go. I just set my toaster on fire.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Ok so I was trying to toast Tostitos cuz they were no longer crispy after being kept for super long. Then I left them inside and set the temperature to 200 degrees cuz I thought can toast faster HAHA. Put for 15 mins then forgot about them until Meredith was like "WHAT'S BURNING!" So I ran into the kitchen and saw this black mess in the toaster. Switched off everything and opened up the toaster door, only to have flames rise out of the toaster ok!!! Like VOOOOOM!!! Then I shouted and quickly closed the door. Meredith ran in, I opened the door to show her the flames again, (and by this time I was already finding it pretty hilarious/cool), she went "OMG" with her eyes wide and went to call Mummy. Then Uncle came out and uh, took charge. Unplugged the now defunct toaster and doused it with water IN MY TOILET, rendering my toilet unusable for now. Uncle's reaction was quite funny.

Uncle: "I know you want to have a barbeque la, but wasn't that supposed to be at Edelweiss?"

(: Now the house smells like burnt popcorn and it's smoky everywhere. Before you say I'm stupid, I BLAME THE TOASTER. Because what kind of oven sets up in flames! It's not supposed to do that! If it can't handle a temperature of 200degrees, then don't have that setting! And Crystal is retarded.

Just came back after spending about 5 hours in Macdonalds with my beloved group members to finish our bio project!! I have to remove the picture because I refuse to allow people to COPY OUR IDEA. Which I have to say, I am extremely proud of and I refuse to allow anyone to criticize it because it's so bloody pretty and heavy and realistic and good. Results were a disappointment to say the least. But whatever, I have already succumed to the fact that SCHOOL SUCKS AND LIFE IS UNFAIR ha. Ohweeelllll. I think there was more I wanted to say, since I have hardly blogged. But somehow everything from the past few days have left my brain. Hm. I can't wait till next week, I just need to get something planned first...

Going through LA paper today was quite fun, me and Chenyin played our own version of Scrabble. Went to rehearse for LA Night after school. I really reallly hope our play turns out well! Overslept today after watching 3 episodes of Skins, 1 episode of Hell's Kitchen, and an episode of 斗牛要不要 last night. Hahaha. Ended up going for the last 15 mins of Superkids. Then went to Tampines Mall with Ling after that to eat while waiting for Meredith. We talked alot while at Yoshinoya, haiyaaaaaaaaaa. EDUCATION IS NOT EVERYTHING. That shall be my motto for life now. Mummy picked us up after Meredith came over to meet us. Went home and I slept until like, 7 plus. Hm. The guy on LA Ink now is quite cute hahaha, he's flirting with Kat!

I won't be naive

Bad day today. But whatever. Chinese was pointless as usual, read Bao Mi Hua and did some rubbish worksheet, didn't run during PE, jumped and did pull ups. Maths..... SS was quite fun. Sad next to Crystal who was making stupid comments throughout. Because she kept staring at Miss Bian's shirt and asking "Got Green whales meh? Why her shirt got green whale". Then she would stare at the shirt and laugh by herself. Very good Crystal. After SS, tried to get Subway cookies but there weren't any. Omg when we were walking to the bus stop, we saw 12 leave. So ok, we waited for the next bus. Then when we saw the next bus, we walked over to flag it down BUT WE WERE TOO SLOW SO IT DROVE AWAY!!!! WTF!!! Waited another half hour before the next 12 came kns.... Had HC meeting, then went home to an empty house as usual. There was Raise Your Voice on Star Movies!!! History Boys last night, Raise Your Voice this afternoon. Yaaaaay for eyecandy in the form of Oliver James and Andrew Knott (: Mummy and Meredith came home with food + Starbucks. Found out what was in store for us for Term 3 Lang Arts, found out new groupings for Term 3- JayJay, Ashraf, Xiwen, Jinli!, then Maths. Crystal regularly congratulates me after every Maths lesson because I do Maths. And everytime I stop listening/doing, she whacks/scolds me so YAAAAAH NO CHOICE!! Bio was particularly angering. Was very agitated during the whole Post-mortem thing because the way they mark is freaking ridiculous and I really really believed I should/could have done better. And it's especially annoying when it's not that I didn't know my content but that I didn't present it how they wanted it to be. Damn! Anyway my obvious irritation caused Mr Ng to say "Mag is very mad." Well yeah. Geog was spent playing SimsCity. I think I suck at it haha.



After lunch with the usuaaaaaaal 4, had Maths again. I managed to do the questions with Crystal's help and all. Miss Jiang looked down at me and asked if I finished my worksheet, and I said yes, then she looked at my paper and told me "Magdalene, you can understand your stuff you know, it's just that you don't study." And I know that, I really do. And she warned me that if I don't start trying to catch up now, I won't be able to make it in time for FYEs. Which is quite a scary thought, I refuse to let something as trivial as Maths pull me down for everything. I asked her how I did for Maths, and she said "You should know". Which explains itself really, cuz I know I did badly. Apparently only 1 person in class passed. Good job! Had Chinese, did another pointless worksheet but managed to finish most of it by myself. It sucks that I can only do the pointless worksheets well, and they don't help at all ha.

Was gonna go home then saw Rachel. So waited for her to pack up, BUT BECAUSE I WAITED FOR HER, missed the bus. So we went for a drink. She decided to take an "emo bus ride" back to Tampines instead of the train, so we ended up making fools out of ourselves in the bus. Kept playing with BestPic and made funny faces. I kept laughing and laughing BUT SHE WAS TOO SLOW TO CATCH A PICTURE WITH MY ACTUAL FACE IN IT HAHA. While I have unglam ones of her with her mouth wide open which, I will not upload because I am very nice (:

Got home, fell asleep all the way till like 8. Mummy came home early today but she went to sleep early too, so I haven't been able to talk to her much. Suckssssss. Wanna ask her again about Singfest and fill her in on school stuff. Hm, well at least she's bringing us out on Saturday. Granted, it's to where the event's being held, in other words her workplace, but at least it's somewhere.

I'm all alone without you

Was late to school today, because of some annoying matters. Causing me to have to stand in front of Mr Tong with no badge. Good job! History in the morning. Went through more of the paper during Chem. Then um, dunno what la. Maths, Chinese. Managed to get an extra mark for Chinese haha. Not that it makes much difference to my overall GPA I think but never mind. Lunch with Chenyin, Calvin, Louise, Ryan. Had my much awaited char kuay teow! :D

Back to school for some Civics, then off for cohort briefing! The TA1s seem to be doing well. I don't know if it's just me, or were the opportunities offered to them not offered to us? Instead, we get international tests. Got some yoghurt and slacked around with Calvin, Chenyin, Ryan, Charis, Rachel. Then me Charis and Rachel had to leave for our dance photo taking. Sat around there waiting quite awhile before we went to look for Sheila. I LOOK LIKE CRAP IN THE PHOTO PLEASE ): But whateverrrrrrr. Went off with Charis and Rachel, we were planning to catch Get Smart but Charis decided not to go in the end, so HAHA ME AND RACHEL DATED.

Our MRT ride was um, very gossipy haha. As per all our public transport rides! Get Smart was damn funny seriously. Rachel was being an idiot as usual but never mind haha. After the movie, left and went home... Mummy's again not back. Hmmmmmmmmmm.

It's the end of a broken heart

OK SO YEAH I DID IT. Hahaha, I cut bangs like I always said I wanted to but never did! (Jeremy you happy now, can see my hair already laaa.) Ok yesterday first day of proper school, was very depressed when I picked up my fat Crumpler to carry to school because it reminded me that it's back to the hellhole we know as school.. Got back Chem results first lesson of the day. Managed to pass, amazingly. But just barely. School went on blahblahblaaaaaaah. Watched Secret Diary of A Call Girl during free period with Chenyin, then the guys noticed our screen and started staring so we stopped. Then watched Skins! Ok Chinese... Got back all papers too. Managed to pass Chinese overall, though Paper 2 was a downright failure. Ohweeelllllzzz. Very depressed and moody after getting back Chinese, scribbled all over my Chinese paper. Hm, quite amusing.

Dunno what happened after that. Lang arts, History which was spent not doing anything and talking rubbish with Miss Bian haha. Went back home after that, then slept all the way till like 9! Slept at 2plus after watching Hell's Kitchen. Omg final 2 I wanna see who wins!!

Ok today, PE in the morning. EEEEEEEEEEE. Was supposed to run 2.4 as practice since Napfa's in like, 2 weeks. Ran 3 rounds with Chenyin dragging me and refusing to let me stop. Then she let me go at the 3rd round HAHA. Got back Bio paper... Really disappointed with my results cuz I expected myself to do much much better. Gah! Maths we started on a new topic. I started playing Freecell and Crystal scolded me and made me close it. Then she would remind me every 5 seconds "DO MATHS MAG!" D: After the lesson she said, "Yay Mag, you did Maths!" Hahahaha. LIMENG FINALLY GAVE ME HIS TITANS SHIRT YAAAY THANK YOU!!!! (: Lang arts was spent refining our script and all, I'm quite proud of my group! (: History was alot more productive today, we can start on our presentations soon yaaaay. Went to get food with Rachel and Charis, then went back to school for dance meeting. Home. Went out to cut my hair AGAIN with Meredith because the guy who did it on Sunday screwed up and my fringe was super uneven. The lady said "小姐,你很fussy leh" WALAU got money you don't want meh! OK was very depressed about my hair.... Went to get peanut pancakes haha. Walked back with Meredith.
